A: We could make 25-30 sets of molds per month

2. Q: What’s the mold size TEC could build?

A: We make molds from small to middle and some big size, the largest mold could be up to 8 tons at 1400mm*1100mm*900mm

3. Q: How does TEC work on RFQs?

A: We need part 2D & 3D file or specific sample with detailed requirements, like the materials for part or mold, expected mold life, cavity quantity...etc. Quotation can be submitted within 2 working days once we get sufficient information.

4. Q: What is the lead time for mold building?

A: Usually 4-6 weeks, it also depends on mold size and the structure complexity.

5. Q: How does TEC provide the quality guarantee?

A: We are always responsible for the molds TEC made wherever it runs, provide spare parts, replacement components, technical solution to solve problems and provide further assistance to keep supporting customers.

6. Q: What is payment term you accept?

A: Usually we accept payment by T/T with standard payment term as: 
40% of total price as deposit, 
30% as middle payment after the 1^st mould trial
30% as final payment before mould shipment.
